Here are a few ways to start getting healthy in small ways:
- Add an extra hour of sleep (set an earlier bedtime)
- Challenge yourself to drink at least 1 cup (8 oz.) of water ever 1 hour during the day
- Add fresh veggies or fruit with every meal
- Reduce Stress. We can't prevent what stressors occur in our life by we can control how we react to it.
- Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday
